Placing an order

Placing an order with us is super easy. Feel free to give us a call during business hours or you may place an order online 24/7, 365 days a year.

If you would prefer a tax invoice sent to you first prior to payment, no problem.  Just give us a call or chat with us through the website. We will collect your details needed for the invoice and have our accounts team issue an invoice. Invoices can also be paid via bank transfer, credit or debit card, or PayPal.

You will receive an order confirmation email from us immediately after purchase and a tax receipt after payment.

Payment & Shipping

We accept 3 forms of payment both over the phone and via our checkout cart on the website. These options include Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Card, and PayPal.

Commercial Range: Our domestic shipping is free with every order and takes 2-3 weeks including handling. International orders are an additional charge but generally include the same shipping time. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.

Industrial Range: Standard Domestic Shipping is included in your Industrial Units price. These units are made to order and will take around 10 weeks to your door.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Money back guarantee with all of our Dehydrators, so you can feel safe and secure with your dehydrator purchase.

Returns are excepted up to 30-days after purchase. Return freight is to be covered by the purchaser, unless the return is due to a manufacturing issue that can’t be fixed.

Warranty

We offer an unparalleled 3-year commercial warranty. In the first 2 years, parts and labor are fully covered and in the 3rd year, parts are also covered. If possible, we will have repairs done onsite to reduce any possible downtime. If we do not have an account with the electrician company used, then you will need to be reimbursed for the repair invoice.

If repairs are required past the 3-year warranty, we carry all the replacement parts you may need in order to service your dehydrator.
